My Way in IT World
I started programming during my final year of high school. In my first year of university, I began working as a software engineer and system administrator—building software for small companies in Kharkiv while managing IT systems on the side, always driven by the idea of building something of my own. For over 25 years since, I have been building and leading engineering teams that deliver reliable software for healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, and logistics across the US and EU. In my current research, I focus on developing a new Software Delivery Methodology for the AI Era, powered by novel algorithms for code review and validation. I am also working on control algorithms for a universal management system for mobile robots and drones using computer vision. Along the way, I built a software outsourcing business, but my goal remains constant: building a truly innovative technology company with its own IP.
